  • NO REFUNDS
  • NO EXCHANGE
    House of ML will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the customer.
  • ANY BACK ORDERS – this includes PERSONALISED ORDERS TAKE 4-8 WEEK ARRIVAL TIME 
  • In some rare cases the above time frame can be longer due to customs and unforeseen circumstances. We urge you for your patience but please email in if you have any queries.
  • Please note any orders that include any personalised or back ordered pieces will be shipped out together, if you would like your in stock items sooner then please place two separate orders.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 8-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL VESPOKE HAND MADE PIECES 
  • PLEASE MEASURE WRISTS / ANKLES FOR VESPOKE PIECES AND INCLUDE IN COMMENT SECTION AT POINT OF PURCHASE
  • BACKORDERED VESPOKE ORDERS INCUR THE SAME STANDARD BACK-ORDER TIME FRAME (see below)
  • For longevity of your Jewellery -Avoid lotions and perfumes on and around your piece
  • Tarnishing and or discolouration is rare, but due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is common and NOT a fault. 
  • Silver WILL tarnish, please ensure you are cleaning and polishing your piece regularly to avoid this happening. 
  • CHILDRENS jewellery IS STRICT NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY (no alterations or replacements will be offered if children break their pieces , it is our customers responsibility to ensure proper care of any of our pieces including Children’s )
  • All orders are shipped every TUESDAY & THURSDAY via your method of shipping 
  • A strict NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY on all PERSONALISED ITEMS 
  • VESPOKE HANDMADE PIECES; please note that any VESPOKE personalised items incur the same time frame turn over as back orders. 
  • Please be aware that due to our current climate we cannot promise deliveries on the exact time frame stated at checkout- and any delays due to Royal Mail is not our responsibility and does not validate a refund under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • Cut off times for all orders is 6pm mon-fri (ie: if you have placed an order at 1.55am Tuesday , this order will be processed (if in stock)for delivery Thursday morning .)
  • We do not accept returns for any items that may cause skin irritations. Details of each item are listed in the product descriptions. Please use your discretion when ordering. 
  • All sale items and discounted products are final sale.( This includes orders that have been used with any promotional codes)
  • Unfortunately once an order has been placed we cannot cancel it under any circumstances, please be sure of what it is you are ordering before completing the sale. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from House of ML. (If an exchange / alterations to a piece has been agreed between Merchant and Customer) 
  • IF an exchange has been agree between HOUSE OF ML and the customer, then you have 14 calendar days to send back items in their original condition and packaging. Once full inspection has been undergone then we will confirm in writing the status of your exchange. 
  • All international orders are final sale. 
  • Please make sure to order correct sizes before ordering
  • All BONITAS products (skin care and cosmetics) are FINAL SALE due to Hygiene reasons we cannot accept any exchange. 
  • All Bonitas products are NON-REFUNDABLE 
  • Please check all your details at checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned to us, we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
